Rodeo Ring Use – Use at Your Own Risk
- All users assume full responsibility for their safety and their animals (including care and control)
- Manitoba Horse Council members with active, valid coverage may use the ring without additional insurance
- Event participants, performers, and independent contractors must carry their own liability insurance
- Proof of insurance may be required
- Users must follow all rules and directions from Town representatives
- The Town is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage unless negligence is proven
Rodeo Ring Priority of Use
- All events, rentals, and activities booked through the Town Office and scheduled on the official event calendar have priority use of the Rodeo Ring.
- General riding is permitted only when the Rodeo Ring is not reserved for a scheduled event or rental.
- Users must vacate the Rodeo Ring upon request when a scheduled booking is commencing.
